It was very interesting for me to review the 2006 Mobility Awards the other day and notice that Microsoft did not place in the medals within any category! Microsoft had won or placed in two categories last year. Instead, Sybase (and its subsidiary iAnyWhere) products were awarded honours in 6 categories. Of course my favourite hand-held development tool PocketBuilder" won silver again in the development tool category this year. But interestingly, Sybase has also picked up momentum in other categories as well.
